Chanda brings more than 20 years of experience in education, special education, inclusive recreation, and community program development. She is passionate about creating evidence-based training, professional certifications, and innovative recreation programs that empower organizations to build inclusive communities where individuals of all abilities can learn, participate, and thrive.

Levette Fleming

Chief Clinical Officer

Levette Fleming, PharmD, RPh, is a healthcare management professional with extensive experience in medical leadership, Medicaid and Medicare programs, population health, quality performance, and healthcare operations. Her career includes leadership roles with UnitedHealthcare and Optium, where she has led large-scale healthcare initiatives, provider engagement, operational transformation, and clinical quality improvement.
