She is passionate about creating evidence-based training, professional certifications, and innovative recreation programs that empower organizations to build inclusive communities where individuals of all abilities can learn, participate, and thrive.

Michelle is a Board-certified emergency medicine physician with extensive experience leading medical organizations and scaling innovative healthcare ventures. She brings an evidence-based, health-focused approach to inclusive recreation, combining medical leadership, entrepreneurship, and a passion for community impact to help organizations create safe, effective, and accessible programs for individuals of all abilities.
